Clean and convenient! The office staff is friendly and helpful. The common areas are always kept clean. The maintenance process is easy and the staff are great. For me it's a great location, and I especially love being next to Central Market! The amenities are nice as is the parking.

The team at Axis 3700 are amazing! Not everywhere you will find perfection however, I feel like these folks try to make it perfect for their tenants. If it’s within their control, they go above and beyond to make it better. Shout out to the cleaning lady. She’s always pleasant and keeps the hallways smelling so fresh and so clean. Maintenance team rocks! Office staff is compassionate and friendly. Best place to live in Plano.

I love the events the lease office puts on. The most recent event was Wine Wednesdays. I had time to chat with my neighbors and get to know them. I also like the community programs they provide, like Yoga Thursdays. These are the highlights of my week.

We toured 2 different units and came back twice in one day for another tour and [the leasing agent] did an amazing job! He helped answer every single one of our questions and was very patient and understanding of any concerns we had. I whole heartedly recommend checking out these apartments and taking a tour with [the leasing agent]

[Leasing] at the front desk is amazing very outgoing and optimistic and lets us know of all the deals and specials. This apartment complex has everything we're looking for and is very luxury. This is the first complex that I know of to have bikes available for borrowing at the reception desk and it is free. I'm so glad it's right behind Central Market in a great area to take some walks around the area sometime and is located right off George Bush highway so getting to work and school is easy.

I stay here for couple years and I really love it. This property is safety and all staff are very nice and sweet. All maintenance on the side and they’re always here to help any problems in my unit, specially, I’d like to thanks [the manager], she’s so sweet and patient she’s always help me out on everything i need , if people looking for the good place to live this is the best place and you’ll not disappointed. I moved in to a ground floor apartment about a week ago. I have seen them cleaning the hallways three times since I’ve been here. They turned over a very clean and maintained apartment to me. Everything works. I am on the courtyard side and it seems well maintained as well. I have great neighbors. The management team has been very friendly, eager to help, and always available with quick responses to questions. There is plenty of parking but there are rules that are addressed at the beginning.

I have to write this review because if you go by what some experiences have been, you could be missing out a wonderful apartment community. This is the first complex I toured and I came back a second time because it felt too good to be true. Even on my second visit I liked what I saw. There was and continues to be constant upkeep of the community. I've seen them mop the hallway three times in a week. They have a new valet service and all the maintenance staff are friendly and greet.
